Process and Chemical Engineering Specialist
Role Summary
Lanmic Group is a diversified conglomerate consisting of one BOI company and three local companies manufacturing and distributing value-added minerals, including calcium carbonate and calcium magnesium carbonate, as fillers and performance materials for various industries.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical & Process Engineering or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Chemical & Process Engineering will be given preference.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong academic background in Chemical/Process Engineering projects.
- Good communication of English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fertilizer manufacturing related experience is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in new plant installation and process optimization, carry out the installation of new systems or machinery, and assist in conducting their initial trial runs.
- Take the initiative to design, test, and improve production processes for agrochemicals, fertilizers, and crop protection products to maximize efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Responsible for plant maintenance and troubleshooting production equipment.
- Continuously improve process reliability, efficiency, and overall performance.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and technical teams.
- Responsible for conducting process testing and preparing comprehensive analysis reports for senior management review.
