About the Role
Join our Process Engineering team and gain hands-on experience in manufacturing, automation, and continuous improvement. You will work on real engineering projects, support process optimization, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Support manufacturing process improvements.
- Assist with automation and Industry 4.0 projects.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives.
- Support process trials, validations, and New Product Introduction (NPI).
- Prepare and maintain engineering documentation.
- Monitor production performance and process efficiency.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
- Assist in resolving manufacturing process issues.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate pursuing a Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Strong interest in manufacturing, automation, and process engineering.
- Familiarity with engineering drawings and manufacturing documentation.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement concepts will be an added advantage.
