Role: Procurement Controller
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor PR to PO Conversion: Ensure that all Purchase Requisitions (PR) are raised by departments and converted into Purchase Orders (PO) promptly.
- Follow-up on Deliveries: Proactively coordinate with the central outsourced supply chain team to ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
- Supplier Management: Independently control and monitor the work of the supply chain team to maintain smooth procurement operations.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in procurement workflows and implement the best practices.
- Evaluate and update supply chain KPIs for management.
- Maintain and report procurement dashboards.
- Responsible to maintain documents for quality certifications.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Suitable educational and professional qualification in relevant field.
- Proactive & energetic: we are looking for young energetic individuals who are ready to take on challenges and grow with the company.
- Analytical skills: Ability to strictly monitor timelines and control processes independently.
- Proficiency with ERP Systems: MS Dynamics and SAP ERP systems will be an added advantage.
- Experience in the relevant field would be an added advantage.
