Upcoming Luxury Wellness Resort

Ahangama • Full-time • Reports to Finance Controller

Join the pre-opening team of an upcoming luxury wellness resort and lead efficient, value-driven purchasing across resort operations.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate pre-opening and operational purchasing for F&B, spa, housekeeping, engineering and other departments.
Source, evaluate and negotiate with reliable local and overseas suppliers.
Obtain quotations and prepare comparison statements; purchase orders and procurement trackers.
Monitor delivery schedules, product quality, quantities, stock needs and supplier performance.
Coordinate overseas orders, freight, shipping, customs clearance and import documentation.
Maintain supplier records and support invoice verification, budget compliance and cost control.

Diploma or degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Finance or a related field.
Minimum 3 years' hospitality procurement or purchasing experience.
Overseas sourcing, international purchasing or import procedure experience is an advantage.
Hotel or resort pre-opening experience is an added advantage.
Strong negotiation, analytical, organizational and supplier-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement or inventory systems.
Good written and spoken English; Sinhala is required.
