We have an exciting opportunity for an Intern - Procurement to join Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams, part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest hotel owner with a portfolio of 17 hotels and resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest conglomerates in Sri Lanka.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day procurement activities, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier coordination.
• Assist in sourcing quotations and comparing supplier prices, quality, and delivery terms.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and supplier information.
• Support the procurement team in managing requirements and ensuring timely fulfillment.
• Assist in monitoring purchase orders, deliveries, and outstanding procurement requests.
• Support with procurement reports, data analysis, and other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• Good organisational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• A proactive and responsible attitude with a willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
