Purpose
Assist the procurement team by tracking orders, managing supplier communication, and organising documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with suppliers for quotations and delivery updates
- Maintain purchase and delivery trackers on Google Sheets
- Organise quotations, invoices, and approvals into folders
- Monitor stock levels and update reorder sheets
- Prepare basic cost comparison tables
- Convert WhatsApp updates into structured records
Ideal Candidate
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Good with numbers
- Familiar with Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain clear documentation
