Manager – Purchasing Manager

Role Summary

Pitch Capital (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Purchasing Manager to lead our purchasing operations and drive business growth within our residential, commercial, and tourism land development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of lands, construction materials, equipment, and site services for ongoing and new projects.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and supplier agreements to achieve cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, and site teams to ensure timely material delivery and smooth project progress.
• Monitor procurement budgets, inventory levels, and material usage to control costs and avoid shortages.
• Obtain quotations, conduct supplier evaluations, and prepare comparative reports for approvals.
• Maintain accurate purchase orders, supplier records, contracts, and procurement documentation.

Requirements

• Professional qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and supplier management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
