Role Summary

Tradlanka Agricultural Enterprises (Pvt) Ltd. is an ISO22000, HACCP, and GMP Certified Food Processor and a leading exporter of Sri Lankan Rice, Spices, and Coconut Products.

Key Responsibilities

• Research potential vendors and maintain a supplier database.
• Compare and evaluate supplier offers.
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Review quality of purchased products.
• Enter order details into internal databases.
• Maintain records of purchases, delivery information, and invoices.
• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices.
• Experience with an ERP System and MS Word Packages.
• Understanding of supply chain procedures.
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses.
• Negotiation skills.
• Qualification in Logistics, Business Administration, or a relevant field is an advantage.
