Role Summary

K & A Engineers (Pvt) Ltd is a leading air conditioning, refrigeration, and maintenance service provider in Sri Lanka, specializing in the design, installation, maintenance, and repairs of all types of air conditioning and refrigeration systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Purchase the finest quality materials at the most competitive prices securing the effective possible discounts.
• Maintain good rapport with existing vendors and find the best offers in the market.
• Manage requirements of Project Managers/Engineers to provide materials on time.
• Coordinate with workshops and the warehouse to execute site requirements.
• Prepare forecasts and reports as per management requests.

Requirements

• Qualification in Supply Chain, Logistic Management, or Procurement (Higher Diploma/Degree).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the procurement/purchasing sector.
• Experience with QUICK BOOK software is an added advantage.
• Work experience in Air Conditioning & Ventilation is an added advantage.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
