Research Technician – Product Development

5R AG LANKA PRIVATE LTD. is seeking motivated and enthusiastic recent graduates to join our team as Research Technicians.

Requirements/Qualifications

• B.Sc. degree in Food Science, Agriculture, or a related discipline.
• Experience in dairy product development is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of innovative agricultural and food products.
• Conduct laboratory experiments, product formulation, and testing.
• Support product optimization, data collection, and documentation.
• Work collaboratively on research and commercialization projects.

Salary/Benefits

• Salary: Up to LKR 100,000 per month for an ideal candidate with relevant experience.
• Performance Bonus: Annual bonus based on individual and team performance.
• Probationary Period: Six months.

The position is based at the SLINTEC research facility in Homagama, Sri Lanka.
