Development Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with sample room, washing plant, and embroidery plant.
• Coordinate trim ordering and supplier communication.
• Organize and attend handover, development, and bulk meetings.
• Work with the Development Manager to track progress and timelines.
• Participate in KPI meetings and support performance improvements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Fashion Designing, Textile & Clothing Technology, or Merchandising.
• 1–2 years of experience in apparel merchandising or product development.
• Basic understanding of garment construction, fabrics, trims, and washing techniques.
• Ability to interact effectively with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams.
