PRODUCTION ASSISTANT (Horana)

JOB ROLE
- Supervise and coordinate daily production operations to achieve production targets
- Monitor production efficiency, quality standards and wastage control
- Ensure smooth functioning of machines and production processes with minimum downtime
- Maintain production records, reports and operational documentation
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Stores and Planning departments to ensure uninterrupted operations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree / HND or equivalent qualifications in Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, Operations Management or a related field
- Experience in manufacturing or production operations will be an added advantage
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve production deadlines
- Keen to learn and grow within a dynamic team environment
