Data Entry Operator - Production (Male)

Role Summary:
The Data Entry Operator – Production will be responsible for accurately entering daily production information into the company system and maintaining up-to-date production records. The role will also involve preparing daily, weekly and monthly production reports, checking data accuracy, and coordinating with the Production team to ensure all required information is properly recorded and reported on time.

Job Role

• Enter and maintain daily production data accurately in the company system.
• Collect production information from the relevant production sections and update the system on a timely basis.
• Check production entries and ensure the accuracy and completeness of data.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production reports.
• Generate production related reports from the system as required by the Production and Management teams.
• Assist the Production team with data-related administrative work and documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of production and company information.

Job Requirement

• G.C.E. A/L qualification (Bio Science / Mathematics streams will be added advantage).
• Previous experience in production data entry, factory administration or a similar role will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to work accurately with numbers and large volumes of data.
• Ability to prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Willingness to work in a factory environment and coordinate with the production floor.
• Good communication skills in Sinhala and English.
• Male candidates below 30 years.

Location: Preference will be given to candidates who are residing close to Horana, Karannagoda area.
