Ensure zero loss of sales due to operational issues through effective production planning, process control, and timely resolution of operational challenges.
Maintain the annual average operational loss of sales below 5% of total sales through continuous improvement initiatives.
Drive improvements in conversion cost efficiency by optimizing processes, resource utilization, and productivity.
Enhance people productivity through effective workforce utilization, process improvements, and capability development.
Ensure achievement of defined quality performance targets for each financial year, including DPMO, customer complaints, and critical quality violations.
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for the top three high-risk machinery at each plant and implement appropriate mitigation actions.
Reduce operational risks by eliminating Very High-risk areas and achieving a 50% reduction in High-risk areas through effective risk management practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum two (2) years of experience in Production / Manufacturing operations.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Sound technical knowledge and practical understanding of manufacturing processes and shop-floor operations.
Working knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices.
Strong skills in training, facilitation, and team capability development.
Demonstrated ability in problem-solving, creative thinking, and driving process improvements.
Excellent communication skills in both Sinhala and English languages.
Proven ability to effectively engage with and manage shop-floor teams as well as senior stakeholders.
Exposure to Power BI and ERP systems will be considered an added advantage.
