We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion to pursue career in apparel manufacturing. The ideal candidate should be energetic team player with excellent communication, proactive attitude, ability to be self-motivated and work independently to achieve tight deadlines.

Role & Responsibility

• Overseeing the production process, based on given plans/targets.
• Working out the carder requirement and material resources according to plan regular basis.
• Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
• Monitoring product standards adhering to quality-control procedures.
• Liaising among different departments as and when needed.
• Working with line supervisors to implement the company's policies and goals.
• Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed.
• Supervising and motivating team members.
• Reviewing the performance of team members.
• Identifying training needs.
• Reducing production loss times.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the specific field.
• Communication skills in English
• Computer literacy
• Pro-active person to identify potential problems well in advance & take necessary corrective / preventive action
• Good arithmetic and statistical knowledge
