Role Summary

Hedley’s Tea (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking a young, energetic, and motivated candidate to join our team in a dynamic support role. We specialize in developing high value-added tea projects for overseas markets with a commitment to quality, innovation, and the heritage of Ceylon tea.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Mandatory: Previous experience in the tea export industry, preferably in production or manufacturing.
• Good understanding of tea packing operations, production planning, quality control, and factory coordination.
• Ability to monitor production schedules and ensure efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of production documentation and reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to continuous improvement.
