Production Facility Manager
Role Summary
Amagi Foods Supply (Pvt) Limited is seeking a dynamic individual to build and manage our production team, develop quality assurance standards, and drive the product development process for our factory in the Maldives.
Requirements
- Possess a Food Technology related qualification from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 years of experience at management level in food production.
- Be below 45 years of age.
- Degree in Engineering or related discipline is an added qualification.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Food manufacturing, with at least 5+ years of managerial experience in production.
- Strong expertise in food production processes, food safety and compliances, labor utilization, inventory management, and cost reduction.
- Sea Food processing plant experience is a definite advantage.
- Ability to ensure seamless production while achieving set production objectives.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, computer literacy, and communication (English and Sinhala) skills.
