Factory Manager - Rivoga (Pvt) Ltd

Role Summary

Rivoga Private Limited is a leading Sri Lankan manufacturing company specializing in converting end-of-life tyres into sustainable alternative fuel through advanced pyrolysis technology. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Factory Manager to lead factory operations and drive excellence in production, maintenance, quality, safety, and people management.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute factory production to achieve monthly targets.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure product quality standards and 100% Health, Safety & Environment compliance.
• Lead, develop, and manage factory staff efficiently.
• Oversee factory operational finances and reporting.
• Drive improvement projects in R&D, CAPEX, processes, and factory environment.
• Ensure accurate reporting, ERP updates, and management dashboards.
• Ensure social responsibility in all factory operations.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience at a managerial level in the manufacturing industry.
• Qualified in Mechanical or Chemical engineering with an NDT or HNDE.
• Age between 35 – 40 years.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
