Factory Manager

Manage overall factory operations to ensure timely and efficient production.
Develop and implement production plans to achieve operational targets.
Maintain product quality while controlling operating costs and resource utilisation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Plan manpower requirements and lead, develop, and evaluate factory employees.
Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Logistics, and HR departments.
Monitor production performance and prepare operational reports and KPIs.

Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years' experience in factory management.
Strong knowledge of production planning, quality management, and operational excellence.
Sound knowledge of and practical experience in the coconut husk processing industry.
Strong leadership, people-management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong analytical and organisational abilities.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and production reporting.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities.
