Role Summary

Hemas Consumer Brands is seeking an intern for their Rise-Up program. This initiative is designed for fresh graduates and undergraduates to gain real-world experience, mentorship, and future-focused skills within the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and developing new mechanical components and production systems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to analyze and enhance existing machinery for improved efficiency.
• Support the installation and testing of newly designed equipment on production lines.
• Work closely with the quality team to enhance first-time quality by optimizing production capabilities.
• Contribute to TPM projects to achieve production goals.
• Develop worksheets and oversee cost-saving initiatives.
• Initiate and implement Kaizen projects for problem-solving and innovative solutions.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Education: Undergraduate in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering).
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Power BI, CAD software, MS Excel, and other MS applications.
• Soft Skills: Self-motivated, capable of working independently with minimal supervision, strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset, and an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
