Role Summary: Join our dynamic Production team and contribute to operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. This role involves tasks such as line balancing, distributing Standard Worksheets (STWs) with Industrial Engineering packs to Group Leaders, and supporting Group Leaders training initiatives. You will also play a key role in enhancing 5S practices within stores and addressing daily bottlenecks challenges.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Final-year Undergraduate or a fresh Graduate in Physical Science or Business Management.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
