Role Summary

We are hiring Section Leaders / Supervisors for the following departments: Deshelling Section, Coconut Oil Section, and Nut with Husk Section.

Key Responsibilities

• Deshelling Section: Supervise daily operations, manage manpower, ensure production targets, maintain machinery, monitor quality, and prepare reports.
• Coconut Oil Section: Supervise production activities, ensure oil yield and quality, monitor process parameters, maintain equipment, and manage team performance.
• Nut with Husk Section: Supervise receiving, grading, and handling; manage stock rotation (FIFO); monitor quality; coordinate dispatch; and maintain storage standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in the specific section (Deshelling, Coconut Oil, or Nut Receiving/Warehouse).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage teams, meet production targets, and handle documentation.
• Basic knowledge of relevant machinery, quality standards, or oil extraction.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
