PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Darley Butler & Co. Ltd. markets some of the most popular FMCG Brands in the Sri Lankan market. For our "Laxapana" manufacturing plant located at Homagama, we are on the lookout for applicants for the following vacancy.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Passed G.C.E. A/L
• Possessing qualifications in manufacturing/production management would be advantageous
• Around 1 to 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Exposure in ISO standards / QA process would be advantageous
• Good communication and IT skills
