PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Join Our Growing Spice Processing Team!

We are looking for a responsible, technically skilled, and hands-on professional to join our team as a Production Supervisor at our spice processing facility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Planning, coordinating, and supervising daily production activities.
  • Ensuring production targets, product quality, food safety, and efficiency standards are achieved.
  • Supervising and coordinating production staff to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Operating, monitoring, and maintaining spice processing machinery, including grinding, drying, blending, and packaging equipment.
  • Conducting routine machinery and equipment inspections.
  • Identifying and troubleshooting basic mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Coordinating with Quality Control and Maintenance teams to minimize production interruptions.
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, hygienic, and well-organized production environment.
  • Ensuring compliance with HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, FSSC, and relevant workplace safety requirements.
  • Maintaining production records, reports, and basis production schedules.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within food, spice processing, or manufacturing.
  • Hands-on experience with spice processing machinery and factory operations.
  • Good knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and FSSC standards.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic computer skills for reporting, data entry, and production scheduling.
  • Knowledge of industrial food processing equipment and workplace safety practices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Physically fit and comfortable working in dusty or warm production environments while wearing PPE.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
  • A valid driving license is required.
