Production Management Trainee
The Concept Store is looking for Production Management Trainees to join our furniture manufacturing factory in Kottikawatte. This program is designed to develop young, ambitious individuals into future Production Supervisors through structured training and hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Train across all production departments including Cutting, CNC, Edge Banding, Boring, Assembly, Packing, and Quality Control. Learn production planning, workflow coordination, and daily target management.
- Monitor quality standards and ensure SOP compliance.
- Assist Production Supervisors with manpower allocation, reporting, and factory operations.
- Support continuous improvement and Lean/5S initiatives.
Requirements
- Age: 18–28 years.
- Diploma, NVQ, or school leavers with a strong interest in manufacturing are encouraged to apply.
- Good leadership potential, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn, work on the factory floor, and grow into a supervisory role.
