Production Executive

Company: Nature's Beauty Creations Ltd

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Operations: Oversee daily production processes, ensuring smooth operations, optimal resource utilization, and adherence to timelines.
• Quality & Compliance: Maintain strict compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), safety standards, and quality control protocols.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve machinery issues in collaboration with the Engineering Department.
• Inventory Management: Monitor raw materials and packaging inventory to prevent production downtime.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the team to meet daily output targets safely.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Science discipline from a recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Production.
• Skills: Sharp analytical abilities, excellent leadership, communication, and time-management skills, and proficiency in MS Office and inventory/ERP systems (SAP).
