The Role

• Lead daily factory operations with a focus on efficiency and quality.
• Daily production planning & throughput across
• Manage staff schedules, production targets and Efficiency targets
• Cost, yield, and waste control
• Ensure strict compliance with HACCP, GMP & FSSC standards.
• Oversee on-time production deliveries
• Handle inventory, packaging, storage, and dispatch.
• Troubleshoot issues and drive process improvements.
• Maintain operational records and reports.
• Support New Product Development and testing.

Requirements/Qualifications

• 5 years Previous experience in factory management, operations, or a related field (preferably in food) is an added advantage.
• Experience managing teams of 30+ on a production floor
• A hands-on leader who's comfortable on the floor, not just in reports
• Knowledge of HACCP, ISO22000, BRC A+ and FSSC2200
• Ability to work 6 days a week in Moratuwa
