Production Manager

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyse job orders and develop production schedules to achieve key production KPIs.
• Lead, motivate and support production staff to deliver high performance and effective problem-solving on the floor.
• Participate in management meetings and prepare accurate, timely production reports.
• Carry out additional responsibilities relevant to the role, as assigned by management.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree and/or Diploma in Production, Industrial Management, Clothing Technology, or in a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Strong knowledge of garment technology and sewing processes.
• Understanding of raw material (RM) consumption and customer quality expectations.
• Familiarity with production planning, forecasting and operational workflows.
• Proven ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and drive efficiency enhancements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
