Production Executive

We are seeking a well-experienced individuals to join the team as the Production Executive and to be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the factory production ensuring smooth production outputs in our Single Super Phosphate (SSP) fertilizer manufacturing plant at Oyamaduwa, Anuradhapura.

What you will lead:

• Manage and supervise production operations, including inventory control, labour management and order fulfillment.
• Ensure all production activities are conducted in compliance with company policies, SOPS, safety standards, and industry regulations.

What you will bring:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Manufacturing Management from a recognized University
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and other inventory management software. Hands-on exposure in SAP will be a definite advantage.
• Must be willing to reside close to the plant site.
