Role Summary

Seeking a dedicated individual to grow within the company as a Production Manager, possessing technical skills, teamwork, and professional experience in food manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising production processes and related activities.
• Ensuring production efficiency, food safety, and quality standards.
• Managing production planning, coordination, and resource allocation.
• Overseeing machine operation, maintenance, and equipment supply.
• Monitoring raw material usage and production output.
• Managing production staff and coordinating with relevant departments.
• Maintaining production environments in accordance with HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and FSSC standards.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Qualification in Food Technology, Food Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
• Experience in a production management role within the food industry.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and FSSC standards.
• Ability to manage and lead a workforce.
• Ability to monitor and manage machine operations and maintenance.
• Ability to wear PPE and follow safety protocols.
• Ability to manage and prevent foreign body contamination.
• Ability to manage waste and maintain cleanliness.
