JOB ROLE:
Join our team as a Production Executive, where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of production operations while maintaining compliance with GMP standards, quality requirements, and production schedules. The role involves monitoring manufacturing and packing processes, ensuring adherence to SOPs, conducting in-process checks, managing deviations and corrective actions, and supporting validation and continuous improvement initiatives. You will also drive operational excellence by improving machine, material, and people efficiencies, implementing Lean and 5S practices, monitoring key production KPIs, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm).
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or production operations.
