About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily production activities and ensure timely output.
- Supervise production staff and coordinate workflow across departments.
- Maintain quality control standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Monitor equipment performance and schedule maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams for raw material planning.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Prepare production reports and communicate with senior management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production management (preferably in food or spice industry).
- Degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Industrial Management, or related field.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and manufacturing best practices.
- Proficiency in production planning tools and basic computer applications.
- Age: 30+
- Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English.
