Role Summary

Organic Food Processing Company looking for hard working individuals for the factory located at Kirindiwela for the positions of Field Officer / Production Executives.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Food Science or Agriculture.
• At least 1-2 years experience in Organic system management, food processing (dehydration and canning) process, quality assurance, and organic food production.
• Working knowledge of food safety and sustainability certifications (BRCGS, ISO 22000, Organic, Fairtrade, Naturland, and Regenerative Organic Certified) is a strong advantage.
• Valid driving license and ability to work additional hours, including weekends (Saturdays and Sundays), when required.
• Candidates residing in Gampaha areas will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit and support farmer locations regularly, building strong working relationships with farming communities.
• Maintain accurate farmer records and documentation.
• Coordinate and manage raw material purchasing from farmers.
• Support and coordinate annual audit requirements (Organic, Fairtrade, etc.).
• Assist in implementing and monitoring organic certification standards.
• Develop and conduct farmer extension and training programs.
