Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate production confirmations in SAP for both local and export manufacturing.
• Maintain and update all production-related data and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Monitor RM/PM inventories (system and physical) and ensure less than 5% material variance.
• Support the MRN process to obtain raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables without causing production stoppages.
• Ensure BOM accuracy and identify deviations in material consumption.
• Handle SAP transactions including product confirmations, transfers, and order closures.
• Coordinate with production, planning, quality, and management teams for smooth operational reporting.
• Ensure product availability above 90% by supporting efficient operational coordination and data accuracy.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Passed G.C.E. A/L with good computer literacy and knowledge of ERP/SAP systems.
• Strong analytical skills with high accuracy in data handling and reporting.
• Good communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Positive attitude with accountability and alignment to CBL values (Caring, Innovation, Quality, Integrity).
