Executive – Production Planning

This role is responsible for coordinating and managing outsourced production activities to ensure timely execution and delivery of orders while meeting quality and compliance requirements. The position involves liaising with external manufacturing partners, preparing production schedules, monitoring order progress, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth production operations. The role also supports invoice processing and maintains effective communication across teams to ensure adherence to agreed timelines and operational expectations.

Personal Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Science, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the tea manufacturing or tea export industry
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Eagerness to learn, develop, and contribute in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
