Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently met
- Effectively manage and coordinate labour teams
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and operational efficiency
- Implement safety procedures and maintain compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with management to optimize production planning
- Identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction
Requirements
- Higher National Diploma (HND) and a Degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in labour management and factory operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Prior experience in cocopeat, coir, or manufacturing industries will be an added advantage
