Job Description

• Location: Kandanagedara, Pannala, North Western Province.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience
• Industry: Coconut related products manufacturing
• Job type: Full – Time (Shift based)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Planning materials for achieving the daily production target.
• Allocation of Roles & Responsibilities for the workers.
• Supervising workers and ensuring that targets are met.
• Ensure full utilization of Man & Machine to achieve pre-set production targets.
• Completing and maintaining Production records as and when batches are over.
• Product audit & Process audit.
• Motivate the workers to achieve organizational objectives effectively and efficiently.
• supervise the whole production facility to improve productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications / Required Skills

• Male candidates can be applied.
• Previous experiences in a manufacturing company will be an added advantage.
• Candidates should pass GCE A/L in three subjects.
• Diploma in production Management or equal qualification will be an advantage.
• Freshers and school leavers can apply for the position.
• Good communicational, man handling & interpersonal skills.
