Job Description

• Location: Kandanagedara, Pannala, North Western Province.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity.
• Industry: Coconut related products manufacturing.
• Job type: Full – Time (Shift based).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Planning materials for achieving the daily production target.
• Hands-on experience in Powder Plant, Can Line, and UHT lines will be an added advantage.
• Allocation of Roles & Responsibilities for the workers.
• Supervising workers and ensuring that targets are met.
• Ensure full utilization of Man & Machine to achieve pre-set production targets.
• Completing and maintaining Production records as and when batches are over.
• Motivate the workers to achieve organizational objectives effectively and efficiently.
• Supervise the whole production facility to improve productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications / Required Skills

• Male candidates can be applied.
• 1–2 years' experience in manufacturing (Coconut export industry preferred).
• Candidates should pass GCE A/L in three subjects.
• Diploma in production Management or equal qualification will be an advantage.
• Good communicational, man handling & interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work in shifts.
