Production Assistant -(FMCG)

Company: Uswatte Golden Biscuits (Pvt) Ltd.

Key Responsibilities

• Production inventory control and monitoring of stock levels.
• Conduct material consumption analysis and maintain accurate consumption records and reports.
• Review daily work orders and analyze final production output against planned targets.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Verify all raw materials and packing materials issued for production.
• Monitor material usage and identify variances or wastage.
• Ensure accurate and timely production reporting.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, QA, and Planning teams to ensure smooth production operations.
• Maintain proper documentation of production activities, material usage, and output.
• Support the Production Supervisor in achieving production targets and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Science, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Production, preferably in the FMCG or Manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Good attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate and timely records.
