Workshop Manager at the Central Mechanical Workshop in Athurugiriya.

Requirements/Qualifications

• B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years' work experience in the relevant field.
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicles and inspection procedures.
• Good leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Strong management and coordination skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
• Computer literacy and professional management qualifications will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems and hydraulic components in heavy vehicles and machinery will be preferred.
