Requirements/Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in a professional kitchen.
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations, inventory control, food safety, and team training.
• Down South experience is considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Create innovative fusion dishes that blend international and local flavors.
• Prepare and manage café-style food such as sandwiches, toast, lunch bowls, and light meals.
• Support menu development and ensure food consistency.
• Maintain a creative, hands-on approach to menu development and daily service.
