Programme Manager / Head of Projects

Role Summary

We are seeking a high-level leader to transform strategic business concepts into successful operational realities. In this role, you will oversee our Project Managers and take full accountability for the delivery and success of all organizational projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all project results directly support and advance the company's strategic objectives.
• Oversee various project budgets (P&Ls), resource allocation, and asset management.
• Identify potential risks and mitigate conflicting issues occurring across different project streams.
• Act as the primary liaison between external vendors, clients, project staff, and the executive leadership team.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in IT or Business Administration is required, though a Master's degree is strongly preferred.
• Must hold a valid PRINCE2 or PMI certification.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years spent in a senior leadership or programme management capacity.
• Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, business intelligence, and professional negotiation.
