Project Accountant

Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Accountant to join our team and support the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain project accounts and ensure accurate cost tracking.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and cash flow reports.
• Process invoices, payments and expense claims.
• Reconcile project accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare financial reports for management and project review meetings.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and statutory requirements.
• Assist in audits and project close-out activities.

Requirements

• Part qualification in CA / CIMA / ACCA or full qualification in AAT.
• 1 – 3 years of experience in project accounting or construction industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
• High attention to detail, analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
