Role Summary
ADRA Sri Lanka is seeking qualified and experienced individuals for the Local Economic and Social Strengthening for Resilient and Reintegration (LESS-RR) project, implemented in the Northern and Eastern Provinces of Sri Lanka.
Project Outcomes
- Refugee returnees receive more coordinated, evidence-based, and responsive reintegration support through strengthened government capacity, case management systems, and returnee information management.
- Youth and target beneficiaries have increased access to sustainable employment, entrepreneurship, and institutional support pathways.
- Target communities benefit from more relevant and adaptive project interventions informed by updated migration and local trend analysis.
Location
Project locations include: Mannar, Kilinochchi, Vavuniya, Jaffna, and Trincomalee.
