Project Coordinator cum Quantity Surveyor

Requirements/Qualifications
- Diploma/NCT in Quantity Surveying or related field will be Advance.
- 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination & Tendering advantage.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project (or equivalent).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple clients & Projects.
