Project Officer - Leema Interior

Role Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Project Officer to coordinate and oversee interior project activities from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth site operations, monitor progress, and maintain quality standards. You will work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver projects on time.

Requirements

• NDT/ NDES/ NCT or similar qualifications from a recognized institute.
• Minimum 02 years of experience in a similar capacity. Previous experience in the interior designing field will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide the team.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision and extended hours as required.
• A valid riding/ driving license is preferred.
• Male candidates below 45 years of age.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day activities at the project sites.
• Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Address any on-site issues promptly and communicate them to the Project Manager.
• Provide regular updates to the Project Manager on the progress of the project.
• Maintain regular records of project activities, including daily logs, material usage and labour.
• Ensure client requirements and expectations are communicated to the relevant teams and incorporated into the projects.
• Implement contingency plans to address unexpected challenges that may arise on-site.
