Manager - Project Development

Role Summary

Greentech Capital (Private) Limited is a leading renewable energy investment company dedicated to advancing sustainable energy solutions in Sri Lanka and beyond. The company specializes in the investment, development, and management of large-scale renewable energy projects.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline.
• Experience in a similar role; experience in the solar or renewable energy sector will be a distinct advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate renewable energy project development activities and related operational processes.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, including CEB, PUCSL, and SLSEA, to obtain project approvals, ensure compliance, and follow up on regulatory matters.
• Coordinate project permits, approvals, extensions, regulatory submissions, and statutory documentation.
• Support land acquisition and land-related coordination activities with relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in bonded warehouse coordination and related documentation.
• Prepare and manage project correspondence, contracts, agreements, and project records.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support management with project monitoring, reporting, planning, and implementation activities.
