Role Summary

WIE LTD, a UK-based company, is looking for a proactive experienced Project Manager to manage IT projects, internal teams, client communication, sales coordination, marketing activities, reporting, and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage internal and client IT projects
• Coordinate developers, designers, sales, marketing, and admin teams
• Conduct daily internal meetings and client update meetings
• Create project plans, trackers, templates, and SOPs
• Monitor timelines, risks, quality, and deliverables
• Manage sales follow-ups and marketing task execution
• Report progress, delays, and issues to the Director

Requirements

• 2–3+ years’ experience in project management or IT coordination
• Strong English communication skills
• Knowledge of websites, SaaS, CRM, software projects, and digital platforms
• Experience with Trello, ClickUp, Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or similar tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and remote teams
• Comfortable working with UK clients and UK time overlap
• Reliable laptop, stable internet, webcam, and headset

Added Advantage

Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, PMP, ITIL, digital marketing, sales coordination, WordPress, CRM, or international client experience.
