Role Summary

We are looking for an organized and proactive Project Manager to coordinate client requirements with our production and post-production teams and ensure the successful delivery of creative projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand project requirements, expectations and deadlines.
• Plan, organize and manage project schedules, timelines and tasks.
• Coordinate with production and post-production teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Arrange meetings, shoots, reviews and approvals.
• Collect and communicate client feedback and ensure revisions are completed.
• Monitor project progress and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Maintain documentation, track deliverables and provide regular updates to clients and management.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and quality.

Requirements

• Degree/diploma in Project Management, Media, Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in media production, advertising, client servicing or project coordination will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of video production and post-production processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and project management tools.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Language: Fluent in Sinhala & English. Tamil is an added advantage.
