Intern Project Manager at CSG Technologies

Role Summary

As an Intern Project Manager, you will coordinate and manage project activities to ensure successful delivery of software projects. You will work closely with development teams, QA, business stakeholders, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are on time.
  • Track sprint goals and ensure at least 80% completion without blockers.
  • Identify and address blockers for developers or external parties; set up meetings and drive resolutions.
  • Plan, schedule, and lead project meetings (daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, stakeholder meetings, etc.).
  • Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Ensure accurate time tracking and resource allocation.
  • Ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Organize team building activities and keep the team motivated and engaged.
  • Manage 10–15 team members effectively with strong leadership and communication.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure sprint commitments are met.
  • Maintain clear communication across teams and stakeholders.
  • Prepare status reports and share updates with management and US counterparts.
  • Support planning, estimation, and backlog refinement.
  • Ensure quality deliverables by coordinating with QA and Development.
  • Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion.
  • Drive continuous improvement and process optimization.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Strong communicator with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Ability to coordinate and manage teams effectively.
  • Good understanding of Agile (Scrum) processes.
  • Basic knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, etc.).
  • Problem solver with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Passion for learning and growing in project management.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage 10–15 people.
  • Willingness to learn and take ownership.
